You're invited you to attend our annual District Conference at the at First United Methodist Church in Saginaw, MI on Saturday, March 29!
We hope that you’ll consider joining Rotary friends from across our District for a day of learning and fellowship.
After breakfast, we will conduct our annual District Business Meeting at which time Rotarians that have passed away during the past year will be honored. Next, you'll have the opportunity to attend 2 of 3 breakout sessions that are sure to expand your knowledge of Rotary, mental health, and our environment. On Saturday afternoon, we're bringing back the opportunity to compete for project grants “Shark Tank” style!
Our Keynote speaker this year is Jeanette Pierce of City Institute.
She has presented at more than 200 events including Atlantic Magazine’s CityLab Conference, Governor’s Economic Summit, Downtown Las Vegas Annual Meeting and the Oregon Main Street Conference. She was honored as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Michigan in 2022, as one of the Top Forty under 40 by Crain’s Detroit Business, as a Thirty in their 30’s by DBusiness Magazine, and was awarded the Shining Light Future Leader Award from the Detroit Free Press as well as receiving many other recognitions and awards. She serves on the Boards of the Michigan Municipal League Foundation and Detroit Historical Society.
