Rotarians, we would like to invite you to attend our annual District Conference at the Park Place Hotel in beautiful Traverse City, on April 29 & 30, 2022. We hope that you’ll consider joining Rotary friends from across our District for fellowship, fun, and food in one of our state’s most beautiful locations!
To welcome you to the conference on Friday night you’ll enjoy the musical talents of the “Flashbacks”, a 6-piece band including some Rotarians from the Pigeon club. After breakfast on Saturday we'll conduct our annual District Business Meeting at which time Rotarians that have passed away during the past year will be honored. Next, you'll have the opportunity to attend 2 of 3 breakout sessions that are sure to expand your knowledge of Rotary, technology and our environment.
On Saturday afternoon we’ll invite you to explore the many businesses in the Traverse City area many of which we have secured a special Rotary discount for. Our conference team suggests a tour of the Traverse City Commons, Fustini’s, Traverse City Whiskey, or Wine Tasting on the Mission Peninsula.
Saturday evening's final banquet will bring us our very special Keynote speaker, Retired Staff Sergeant, Travis Mills Keynote Speaking - Travis Mills - Retired United States Army Staff Sergeant and recalibrated warrior. You will not want to miss his powerful story of courage and perseverance.
